Alpaca fiber and products

Welcome to SnowPeak Alpacas.

We are a small farm located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, against the foothills of
the Cascade Moutains. We purchased our first Alpaca in 2003 and have since grown to
a herd of twenty two. We decided not to become breeders but raise our Alpacas for
their fiber and sell the many beautiful products that are made.We also purchase fiber
from breeders, so if you are a breeder in need of selling your fiber, please contact us.

*On February 2, 2008 we attended a delightful show in Newport, Oregon. This show
was put on by the Newport Spinners. Attending this show were at least 100 spinners
using many different and interesting spinning wheels. The items for sale included a
variety of fibers in a multitude of colors including rabbit, sheep, goat and alpaca.
Other items of interest for sale included farm roasted filbert/hazel nuts, soaps, books
on weaving, spinning and dying. Our booth represented the products that "Our
Boys" provide with their fiber.
